All registration fees must be paid by credit card.  We accept MasterCard and VISA credit cards.  No checks will be accepted.

Register by March 31, 2012 and receive Early Bird savings of $100 off the the 1st attendee, and $50 off each additional attendee. Discounts are applied during the registration process.
