With a heavy focus on credit union operations, this workshop will take on more advanced IRA topics and develop skills to position the IRA program positively within the credit union.


The workshop combines compliance information with effective operational processes and comprehensive application exercises geared toward your everyday work experience. Separate activities for staff from different credit union situations give you a customized learning experience.

Prerequisites

Basic IRA knowledge in regards to opening an IRA, contribution limits and deadlines, how to perform a rollover, direct transfer, QRP rollover or direct rollover, how to complete a withdrawal, ability to complete all basic IRA forms, understand the concept of withholding.
