After July 16, 2012, rooms are based on availability and the group rate is no longer guaranteed.  Only a certain number of rooms are available in the room block.  If all rooms in the block are taken, your ability to book a room at the room block rate is at the hotel’s discretion.

Attire for the conference is casual and comfortable.  In August, the average daily high is 79 and the average low is 61.  Because classroom temperatures and individual comfort levels vary, please bring a sweater or jacket to wear if needed.
