You are responsible for making your own hotel reservations. In order to receive the IRA Supertrain® rate, reservations must be made by June 22, 2012. After June 22, 2012, rooms are based on availability and the group rate is no longer guaranteed.  Only a certain number of rooms are available in the room block.  If all rooms in the block are taken, your ability to book a room at the room block rate is at the hotel’s discretion.

Your registration confirmation email will contain a promotional code and hotel link that will allow you to register on-line and receive the discounted group room rate.  If you prefer to call reservations directly, please refer to Ascensus 2012 IRA Supertrain Conference to receive the group rate of $119 single/double occupancy per night not including state and local taxes and fees.

Directions From Albuquerque International Airport:
Exit on Sunport Blvd onto North I-25. Travel I-25 North to Martin Luther King exit 224 B.
Turn left on Martin Luther King and travel west to 5th St.
Turn left on 5th to Tijeras Ave
Turn left on Tijeras- Hyatt Regency Albuquerque is on the right side
To access parking garage continue on Tijeras, turn right on 3rd St and right on Copper. Garage is located on Copper, to the right hand side of the hotel.

Shuttle -  $11.00 one way first person, $5.00 second person. ($20.00 Round Trip, $5.00 second person each way)

Taxi - approximate cost $18.00 to $20.00 one way from the airport.

Valet Parking available at $18 per night with in and out privileges.

Self parking available at $13 per day with in and out privileges.

Climate & Attire
Attire for the conference is casual and comfortable. In July, the average daily high is 92 and the average low is 64.  Because classroom temperatures and individual comfort levels vary, please bring a sweater or jacket to wear if needed.
